Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a natural process that we experience all the time.
A characteristic of the trance state is a single or limited focus
of attention, similar to the way you might experience doing your
favorite pastime. However, bad habits, anxiety and depression are
examples of negative trance states, which have rooted themselves
into the subconscious.
Hypnosis is used in conjunction with psychotherapy to reverse
these behavioral problems, bringing about positive change.
